He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Turner and Eldora Turner; and his son Frank Alan Turner. He is survived by: his wife Doris Turner; his children, Wayne Turner (Pam), Carissa Coaker (Dwain), Greg Turner (Cindy) and Melanie Baxter (Brady); and his grandchildren, Shea, Dane, Amy, Rhonda, Leslie, Jessica, Brooke, Candace and Christian. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many other relatives and friends.
