He is survived by: his wife Annette McClellan; his children, Brandy McClellan, Anita Campbell (David), Floyd Rowell (Jo Beth) and Bill Rowell (Virginia); and his sister Kathy Brown. He is also survived by his 6 Grandchildren and his 4 Great Grandchildren.
