He was predeceased by: his wife Monta Faye Bearden; his daughter Phyllis Annette; his granddaughter Olivia Bearden; and his siblings, Joel, Leonard and Kathleen Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Bearden, Wayne Bearden (Tami) of Vincent, AL, Cindy Carroll (Jeff) of Helena and Ramona Martin (Mark) of Vincent, AL; his grandchildren, Destinee Patterson (Tracey), Jessica Laurenz (Brent), Aaron Bearden, Elyse Bristow (Wes), Paden Bearden, Caitlin Kappler (Jonathan), Leah Selfridge, Rebekah Yancey (Trent), Daniel Bearden, Spencer Carroll, Seth Martin, Hannah Birchfield (Dow) and Rachel Russell (Rett); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Gracelyn Bristow, Jackson, C. J. Laurenz, Mason, Sawyer Patterson, Liam Bearden, Asher, Luka Selfridge, Winnie Faye Russell and Kappler; his sisters, Frances Lewis and Shirley Genry (Don); and his brother-in-law Phillip W. Brown (Ann).
