He is survived by: his wife Amanda B. Farris Amick; his children, Farrah M. Amick, Victoria Amick, BJ, Will and Garrett Amick; his brother John Amick; and his parents, Gary Amick and Fredia Amick. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
