He is survived by: his wife Martha Foster; his daughters, Tamara Foster and Melinda Henderson (Billy); his sisters, Gladys Carroll, Jeanette Tollison and Bernice Seally; and his grandchildren, Josh Foster (Stephanie), Kim Stephens (Jason), Justin Foster, Steffeny Barden, Nicholas Smith, Hether Abrams (Chase), LeeAnn Foster and Jason Foster. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren.
