He is survived by: his wife Pat Underwood; his children, Jeanna Underwood Blicker, Natalie Oswalt (Chad), Phillip Underwood and Scott Underwood (Christy); his daughter-in-law Sandra Underwood; and his sister-in-law Libby Underwood. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
