He was predeceased by: his wife Freda Margaret Campbell. He is survived by: his sons, John Thomas Campbell, Jr. (Ronna), Jeffrey Dale Campbell and Joel Paul Campbell (Jeanne); his grandson John Thomas "Trey" Campbell III (Natasha); and his brother James Edward Campbell (Lottie).
