She was predeceased by: her husband Ellis H. Till, Jr.; her parents, Ola W. Higgins and Walter P. Higgins; and her brother Walter P. Higgins, Jr.. She is also survived by her three children, all of Birmingham, Sandra Till Baggett (Mark), Cindi Till Church (John) of Birmingham, and Ellis H. Till III (Debra); her nine grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
