He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil O. Clark and Stella Rowe Clark; and his siblings, Frank Clark, Lewis Clark, Ruth Thompson and Nell Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Ann Armbrester Clark; his children, Ted Clark and Ellen Barry; his son-in-law Steve Barry; his grandchildren, Genna Dietrich (Andrew), Scott Barry (Jessie), Lynn Bowers (Brinck) and Brett Barry (Lauren); and his sister-in-law Glenda Williams Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
