He was predeceased by: his sister Margaret Phillips Saeger. He is survived by: his spouse Marion McCoy Phillips (Mama Bear); his children, Cindy Kirkpatrick Cloyd (Jeb), Bill Phillips (Becky) and Richie Phillips (Gloria); his great grandchildren, John Pierce, Grace Kirkpatrick, Addison Phillips and Anne Russell Phillips; and also Daddy Bill.
