He was predeceased by: his parents, B. G. Brasher and Myrtle Brasher; his brothers, Gilbert Brasher and Charles Brasher; his son Gerry Brasher (Pat Brasher); and his grandson Solon Brasher.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Cook; his brother Curtis Brasher; his children, Billy Brasher Jr. [Karri], Barri Burnett and Chris Brasher [Mindy]; his grandchildren, Brian Brooks [Melanie], Brooke Ashcraft [Josh], Brent Burnett, Mary Coots [Ashton], Cameron Brasher, Allison Brasher, Nicholas Brasher, Jonathan Allen and Anna Brasher; and his great grandchildren, Sophie Burnett, Ella Brasher and Lucas Brooks.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Vestavia Hills Methodist Church.
