He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Harper Booth; and his grandparents, Hugh, Lois Hall, Elmo and Kitty Booth.

He is survived by: his parents, Julia Booth and Bob Booth; his siblings, Katie B. Whittington (Harlan) and Ben Booth; his nephews, Andrew Schurig of Harrisburg, Matthew Schurig of Newnan and Jack Booth of Dadeville, Alabama.; and also, Jake Booth, Alex Booth of Vestavia Hills and Eli Booth of Hoover, Alabama.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Vestavia Hills Baptist Church Music Ministry, Vestavia Hills, Alabama.
