We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Robert Armstrong of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Idell Bullock Armstrong; his daughter Julie Ann Armstrong (Billy); his father Joel Franklin Armstrong, Sr.; and his siblings, Joel Franklin Armstrong Jr., Aubrey Lee Armstrong and June Elizabeth Armstrong.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Bearden Armstrong; his children, Robby Armstrong (Sandi) and Joel Armstrong (Julie); his grandchildren, Sam Armstrong (Cassidy), Rebe Armstrong, Emily Armstrong (Jack Reed), Caroline Armstrong, Sophia Armstrong, William Tapscott (Delaney), Duncan Tapscott, Caitlin Goris and Addison Armstrong; his great grandchild Abigail Armstrong; and his sisters, Linda Armstrong, Idell Raths (Tim) and Adell Armstrong. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Bob Armstrong can be made to the Legacy of Hope, Alabama's organ and tissue donation alliance.
