He is survived by: his significant other Dick Qualls of Longmont, CO.; his wife Norma Jean Palmer (Qualls); and his daughters, Janet Locke (Darl) of Vestavia Hills, AL, Carol Petty (John) of Tullahoma, TN, Joyce Crawford (Steve) of Ocala, FL, Shari, Long of Shelbyville, Jeff Jean and Norma Jean. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren and 20 Great-grandchildren; 25 nieces and nephews.
