He is survived by: his wife Paula Brock of Vestavia Hills, Alabama; his children, James A. Brock III (Vincent Franchino) of Huntsville, AL, Katie Tompkins (John) of Birmingham, AL and Alexander Freeburg of Nashville, TN; his granddaughters, Whitney and Ann Tompkins of Birmingham, AL; his sister Claudia Brock Hayes of Mobile, AL; his aunt Betty Falkner of Boaz, AL; his caregiver Lisa Kreider of Birmingham, AL; and his friends, Tillis Brett, Mike Cassidy, Vic Davis and Dr. Steve Kimbrell.
