He is survived by: his wife Helen Stollenwerck Herlong (Anne); his children, Jack Reynolds Herlong, Jr. (Barbara) and Lisa Ann Herlong; his grandson Jack Reynolds Herlong, III of Birmingham; and his niece Lynn Herlong Williams (Paul) of Brandon, Mississippi..
