He was predeceased by: his parents, Queenie Waters and Forrest E. Waters Sr.; and his son Christopher Scott Waters. He is survived by: his wife Marie R. Waters; his children, Forrest E Waters III (Bonnie), Marlin Ford Waters (Cathy) and Kelley Waters Bisso (Richard); his grandchildren, Taylor Bisso Lindgren (Shawn), Winston Waters Scales (Richard), Forrest Clayton Waters, Payton Bisso, Christopher Ford Waters and Abigail Fitzgerald Waters; his great grandchild Kane Lindgren; and his caregiver Becky Pitts of Lipford Home. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested donations to Expect Care Hospice in Alabaster, Alabama or to Vestavia Methodist Church.
