She is survived by: her husband Samuel Jonathan Bass, Jr.; her sons, Cary Alan Bass (Kay) of Port Orchard and Dr. Samuel Jonathan Bass III (Jennifer) of Vestavia Hills; her grandchildren, Joshua David, Sarah Lynn, Kathleen Elizabeth, Caroline Grace and Nathaniel Jonathan; and her great grandchildren, Lillian and Nolan.
