He was predeceased by: his wife Jan D; and his son Scott Scoggins. He is survived by: his brothers, Earl Scoggins, Sean Scoggins (Melody) and James Beard; his daughter Tina Scrudto (Matt); his grandchildren, Destiny Hawkins (Mike), Merri Holloway (Will), Holly, Alec, Alexus Scoggins, Ty, Ethan Scrudto and Regan Hawkins; his great grandchildren, Mason and Madison Holloway; his brother-in-law Jim Windom; and his nephews, Eric and Curtis Windom.
