It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Crawford Nevins of Vestavia Hills, Alabama, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Guy Holder Nevins, Jr.; and his brother Guy Holder Nevins, III. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Benson Nevins; his children, Crawford Benson Nevins (Barbara) of Birmingham, Alabama., Nancy Nevins Pritchett (Bob) of Birmingham, Alabama. and James Holder Nevins (Barbara) of Birmingham, Alabama.; and his grandchildren, Andrew Nevins (Adrienne), Laura Lee Charles (Matt), Matthew Nevins (Libby), Kate Bounds (Chris), Robert Pritchett, IV (Kristin), Crawford Pritchett, Holder Nevins (Abby) and Caylen Schlitz (Ryne). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Campus Outreach of Birmingham, c/o Briarwood Presbyterian Church.
