We are sad to announce that on January 15, 2022, at the age of 91, Betty Jean (Roach) McDaniel of Vestavia Hills, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Love McDaniel, Sr.; her son Richard Jr.; and her parents, Houston Roach and Cora Mae Roach. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis McDaniel Hunter (Tim), Jim (Stephanie) and Frank (Mary Carol); and her grandchildren, Currie, Todd, Eleanor, Kimberly, Julie, Jay, Jennifer, Elizabeth, Sara, John, Janie and Frank. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Embrace Alabama Kids, a ministry of the United Methodist Children's Home or the charity of your choice.
