He was predeceased by: his parents, James Louis Shepherd and Mary George May Shepherd. He is survived by: his pet Saban; his wife Kim Shepherd of Vernon, AL; his daughter Valerie Fields (Dusty) of Millport, AL.; and his siblings, Joe Shepherd of Steens, MS., Sandra Tibbett of Amory, MS and Sharon Leavell (Bud) of Arlington, TX.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Otts Funeral Home (4255 US-278, Sulligent, AL 35586). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
