He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jason Pelphrey (Brittani Miller), Kaitlin Pelphrey (Holly Goff) and Lauren Locke (Josh); and his siblings, Kenneth Hill and Elizabeth Evans. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
