It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Cummings of Vernon, Alabama, born in Sulligent, Alabama, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Troy Franklin Humbers and Jessie Louvada O'Mary Humbers; and her husband Billy Cummings. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Pate (Tommy) of Columbus, MS.; her brother Gene Humbers of Homerville, GA.; her grandchildren, Tyler Turner (Meagan), Caleb Turner (Alexis), Leslie Phelps (Nicholas), Elizabeth Orcutt and Victoria Orcutt; and her great grandchildren, Shekinah Turner, Lane Turner, Shephard Turner, Kaegin Turner, McKenzie George, Maverick Phelps and Alaina Phelps.
