He is survived by: his wife Isabella Pennington; his children, Phyllis Pennington of Vernon, AL., Carl Pennington (Angela) of Wagarville, AL, Michael of Vernon, AL. and Vaughn Pennington of Vernon, AL.; and his siblings, McArthur Pennington of Vernon, AL. and Anna Day (Elmer) of Lincoln, Nebraska.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
