He was predeceased by: his father J. E. Locke; and his sons, Jason Locke and Patrick Clinton Locke. He is survived by: his wife Pattie Locke; his children, Randy Locke, Ethan Locke (Paula), Kevin Locke, Shawn Locke (Taylor), Samantha Locke and Shannon Locke (J. B.); his stepfather Ray Vice; and his siblings, Stanley Locke (Teresa), Jeff Locke (Doris), Allan Vice (Brandy) and Jennifer Killian (Jimmy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
