We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 88, Nellie Ruth Taggart of Vernon, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Nellie Ruth Taggart to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her parents, Franklin Robertson and Connie Robertson; and her sons-in-law, Larry Perkins and Bill Kirk.

She is survived by: her daughter Karon Kirk; her brother Jerry Robertson (Hester); her grandchildren, Rhett Trimm (Janine), Candy Gordon (Daren), Emily Perkins (Andrew) and Amy Agee (Adam); her great grandchildren, Shiloh, Nic Gordon, Mason, Kendall Trimm, Parker, Theo and Sam Agee; her nephew Chris Robertson (Michelle); her niece Tanya Helms (Rod); and her close friend Jenni Hankins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fellowship Cemetery Fund, 974 Fellowship Road, Vernon, AL 35592.
