He is survived by: his wife Melinda Walker of Vernon, AL; his children, Dillon Butler of Cedartown, GA., Tracy Hudson of Vernon, AL, Stacy Allen (Billy) of Sulligent, AL, Brianne Turner (Chris) of Vernon, AL and Caitlyn Noland (Corderous) of Vernon, AL.; his brother David Buckley (Sandy) of Friendswood, TX.; his grandchildren, Caleb Sherman, Hannah Allen, Bailey Sherman, Kalyn Turner, Madison Thomas, Brennan Sorrels, McKenna Gray, Trevor Hudson, Trent Hudson, Addie Turner, Gracelinn Noland, Liam Turner and Tatum Noland; his great grandchild Palmer Sherman; and his brother Charles Allen Walker.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Celebration Worship Center (15330 AL-18, Vernon, AL 35592). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at the Adjoining Cemetery.
