He is survived by: his wife Jane Hawkins of Vernon, AL; his children, Terry Hawkins (Lisa), Preston Hawkins (Courtney), Tina Lewis (Virgil), Christy Morton (Chris) and Britney Morris (Phillip); his grandchildren, Jason, Jayla Hawkins and Elijah Moore; his brother Ricky Carl Hawkins; his nephew Justin Hawkins; and his niece Carol Hawkins. He is also survived by his in-laws.
