He is survived by: his daughter Carol Ann Hawkins of Mishawaka, IN.; his brothers, Ricky Carl Hawkins of Vernon, AL and Lonnie Gale Hawkins (Mary Jane) of Vernon, AL.; his grandchildren, Barbara Ann Matthews and Joshua David Matthews; his nieces and nephews, Justin Carl Hawkins, Tina Michelle Lewis (Virgil Bryan Lewis) and Terry Lane Hawkins; and his great-nephew Elijah Tristin Moore.
