He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Emmitt, Clara Mae Gilmore, Ralph Arlton Stapp and Lavelle Boman Carr. He is survived by: his son Matthew Stapp of Huntsville, AL; his parents, Danny Stapp and Mary Ann Stapp of Vernon, AL; his fiancé Beverly Jeffreys of Vernon, AL; and his stepchildren, Brittney Jeffreys, Katelyn Jeffreys, Peyton Jeffreys and Eli. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
