He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen Gunnels; his children, David Gunnels (Rendy), Kevin Gunnels (Kelly), Deborah Christian (Wayne) and Janet White (Randle); his grandchildren, Alex Christian (Nicole), Matt Christian (Summer), Chase Christian (Courtney), Shae Fowler (Jake), Casey White, Luke Kelly (Elle), Lee Kelly (Harleigh), Ella Gunnels, Ross Gunnels, Jesse Gunnels, Seth Bylsma, Chandler Bylsma and Austin Bylsma; his great grandchildren, Aleigh Brooke Christian, Addi Helms, Elliott Christian, James Fowler, Cooper Christian, Ryder Christian, Jemma Fowler, Madi Christian, Ezra Kelly, Kenzie White, Renli Jo Christian, Jackson Fowler, Elijah Bylsma, Freya Bylsma and Sage Bylsma; his sister Mary Lucas; and his sister-in-law Willie Holton.
