He is survived by: his parents, Tony Perkins and Stacey Perkins of Vernon, AL; his brother Justin Perkins (Courtney) of Vernon, AL; his grandparents, Brooks Perkins, Kenneth and Judy Hattaway; his nieces and nephews, Lawson, Tatum, Bryleigh and Layla Kate Perkins; and his aunts and uncles, Tina Redus (Tim), Janet Allen (Tony), Jeffery Hattaway (Michelle) and Jason Hattaway (Emily).
