He is survived by: his wife Jeri Hankins; his daughter Paula Steward; his stepchildren, James Barry Williams, Jr., Matthew Williams (Tara) and Summer Ross (Michael Hill); his grandchildren, Drae Ross, Lee Ellen Ross, Paisley Williams, Emmalane Williams, Sarah Steward, Rebecca and Steven Layton; his sisters, Glennice Otts (Earlie) and Ada Bell Smith (Joe); and his sister-in-law Geraldine Hankins. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
