She is survived by: her husband Paul Johnson of Vernon, AL; her daughter Michelle O'Mary of Vernon, AL; her grandchildren, Blair Eiynck and Dawson (Haley); her great grandchild Brylee Eiynck; her sister Glenda Newton (Cliff) of Fayette, AL; her nephew Tim Newton; her stepchildren, Paula Stanford (Greg) and John Paul Johnson (Sharon); her stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Tolleson (Zack), Tori Stanford, Tanner and Dalton Johnson; her friend Gina King; and her caregivers, Katelyn Williams, Nicole Kelley, Amy Guthery and Candace Franks.
