He was predeceased by: his father Albert Sidney; and his brothers, Sidney Leon Vice and John Vice. He is survived by: his wife Linda Morgan Vice of Vernon, AL; his children, Elbert Ray Vice (Melissa) of Vernon, AL, Delbert Vice (Faith) of Berry, AL, Susan Butler of Mississippi and Danell Breland (Joe) of Union, MS; his siblings, Richard Vice (Carolyn), Earnest Ray Vice, Audean Corkrin, Barbara Ann Campbell (Frank) and Mary Jane Hawkins (Lonny Gail); and his grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Courtney Guyton, Michael Gant, Brittanie Drapo (Bill), Steven Vice, Coley Gant (Summer), Jesse Vice, Michael Bradford (Jessika), Cody Vice (Stacey), Daphne Shaw (Danny), Cierra Lahr (Brandon) and Tori Parson (Wesley). He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
