He is survived by: his wife Debbie Pennington of Vernon, AL; his sons, Jamie Ray Pennington (Meagan) of Pontotoc, MS and Eric Scott Pennington of Vernon, AL; and his grandchildren, Austin, Morgan, Mason and Myles Pennington.
