He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Hawkins; his brother Wade Hawkins; and his close friend Chris Cook. He is survived by: his mother Edgilee Bobo of Vernon, AL; his children, Alicia Hawkins of Vernon, AL and Cody Hawkins of Demopolis, AL; his grandchildren, Harleigh Carruth, Autumn Carruth, Braden Scrivner and Dixie Scrivner; his great grandchild Evelynn Wilson; and his siblings, Sandra Reeves (Tony) and Thad Hawkins (Patty). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chandler Funeral Home (8901 AL-18, Vernon, AL 35592). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
