He is survived by: his son Christopher Charles Cook of Vernon, AL; his sisters, Carol Clark (Roy) of Water Valley, MS and Suzanne Murphy of Dayton, OH; his niece Louisa Berman (Tristan Plaisance); and his close friend Jackie Boozer of Pensacola, FL.
