He is survived by: his parents, Robert Donald Puckett, Sr. and Mary Catherine Beasley Puckett; his wife Teresa Adams Puckett of Verbena; his stepson Jeffrey Smith (Heather) of Clanton; his grandchildren, Tristan, Trevor Smith, Hannah and Kearsten Derbfuss; his brother Larry Puckett (Teresa) of Selma; and his nephews, Larry Jr, Justin Puckett, Tyler, Tyson Moates, Chris and Brian Adams (Jennifer).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Chilton County Humane Society in Robert's memory.
