He was predeceased by: his father Joe Woodfin. He is survived by: his mother Jean Woodfin of Clanton; his wife Susan Woodfin; his son Blake; his daughter-in-law Shannon; and his grandson Noah. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.

The family requests no flowers or food, but expresses their love and appreciation for all of the love and support shown during his illness.
