She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank D. Arthur and Annie Cleckler Arthur; her husbands, James Harlum Moates and Carl Allen; her granddaughter Renee Driver; her great grandchild Clowey Coggins; and her siblings, Earl Edward Arthur, Johnnie Arthur, Leroy Arthur and Nettie Mae Minor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Baker of Verbena, Kathy Driver (Johnny) of Verbena, Judy Ingram (Forrest) of Millbrook and Martha Seale of Clanton; her great great grandchild Bonus; her daughters, Pat Bills (Don) of Birmingham, Carol Hardeman (Dan) of Blountsville and Carla Lee (Thomas) of Tampa, FL; her siblings, Frank Arthur (Mary) of Clanton, Delbert Arthur (Jenny) of Hope Hull, Louise Kelley of Verbena, Grace Veazey (JW) of Montgomery and Ruthie Davis (Don) of Valley; her sister-in-law Linda Arthur of Montgomery; and her close friend Eugene Morgan of Marbury. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; 22 Great Grandchildren.
