She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Emory Thornton and Mary Agnes Thornton (Horace Cagle); her children, Carolyn Teel, Karen Cagle (Bobby), Shelia Jones (Larry) and Randy Cagle (Bonnie); her sister Marie Johnson; her niece Patsy Crawford; and her daughter Mary Aldene Lowman. She was also cherished by 10 Grandchildren, a host of Great-Grandchildren.
