She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Billups and Betty Billups; and her son Chris Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Horace Kelly; her sons, Randy Wallace (Tracy) and Jason Kelly (Jessica); her grandchildren, Scott Wallace (Crystal), Kelsey Wallace, Michael Moncrief (Britney), Bama Wallace, Jaci Wallace, Lylah Cox, Aria Kelly and William Colt Kelly; and her siblings, Betty Ann Brasher (Wayne), Kim Gates (Ronny), Dwight Spradley (Helen) and Dwayne Spradley (Lisa). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
