He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Brasher. He is survived by: his sons, Samuel Brasher, Jr. (Jenny) and Randy Brasher (Lisa); and his siblings, Wayne Brasher, Inez Hamby, Estelle Thompson and Barbara Smith. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
