He is survived by: his daughter Alonna M. Andrews; his parents, Rick Andrews and Berry Andrews; his sister Dawn Andrews Howard (Danny); his nephews, Cam Howard (Paisley) and Wes Howard (Madison); and his brothers, Andy Smith and Junior Boiling. He is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
