She is survived by: her husband William Erwin (Bill); her parents, Patricia Morris (Patty) and Richard Samual Douglas, Sr. (Sammy); her children, Brandie Dixon, Cynthia Rollins (Cindy) and Charles Drew Rollins; her son-in-law Joshua Dixon; her siblings, Lynn Yarbrough, Tammy Gros and Richard Samual Douglas, Jr. (Ricky); her grandchildren, Jordan Hailee Woods, Jonah Lucas Tittle, Madison Elizabeth Dixon, Kaden Seth Dixon, Evelyn Machea Dixon and Caroline Ruth Rollins Vice; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Thomas Woods and Waylon James Woods.
