She was predeceased by : her parents, Vincent Rudolph Fountain and Nancy Rozelle Johnson Fountain; and her brother Howell Edward Fountain. She is survived by : her daughter Carol Jean Boyd Martin (Mike); her grandchildren, Jessica Martin Graves (Kenneth) and Robert Martin (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Bryar Reed Graves, Brynlee Rose Graves, Michael Lynn Martin and Addison Mae Martin.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees of services and visitations are required to wear a mask and attempt to maintain 6ft social distancing.
