He was predeceased by : his mother Sylvia Darlene Madden; and his brother Jeff Madden. He is survived by : his wife Kathy Fuller Madden; his children, Brandi Madden, Sylvia Madden, Jessica Fuller and Kellen Madden; his father Robert Dean Madden; and his siblings, Sue Foreman and Joe Madden.
