He was predeceased by : his siblings, Frank Bolt, Kathleene Kelley, Doris Caldwell, Laneta Gray and William Bolt; and his stepfather Horace Kellum.
He is survived by : his wife Ann Bolt; his children, Samantha Bolt Acre (Kevin), Lavelle Bolt (Tabatha) and Amy Bolt Hall (Eric); his grandchildren, Jeff Bolt, Gage Robinson, Chyenne Bolt Chen (Henry), Whitley Acre, Brianna Robinson Henderson (Lane), Alyssa Bolt, Taylor Robinson, Elijah Hall and Jordan Dutton; and his siblings, Don, Shirley, Sue, Joyce, Frances, Carolyn and Gerald.
